Isabel is a native of Melbourne Australia. Her dad is Australian and her mother is Swiss. Her family is from the Swiss, in Melbourne Jabiru (a tiny mining community located in the Northern Territory), Cairns Australia and Jabiru in Switzerland. Together with her sister Nina she attended schools with First Nations children as well as students from different countries. Isabel resides in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel was involved in drama already during the time she was in school. Her next step was to pursue a degree in drama in The Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology as well as has recently been studying in the PEM method Perdekamp the Emotional Technique. Her auditions were not for any part until spotted through her agency in the year 2002. She was in the process of auditioning for a role in Home and Away, 1988. The producers thought she was not an ideal fit for the part. However, they were so impressed they created another character for Tasha. After three years, she was awarded the Logie Award as a new talent in television in her character. In 2008, Isabel moved into Los Angeles. Her breakout role was from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009. Since then, Isabel has appeared in numerous US/Australian films. She's also won several awards. Isabel has recently appeared of Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy which is fast becoming an Australian classic, and the soon-to-be released thriller Lunacy. Isabel wrapped Sons of Summer recently and is in the process of pre-production along with Annika, a writer-director who has won numerous awards. Isabel believes in animal rights and she has worked in several environmental organisations. Her PatronAmbassador role for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival HRAFF was in place for a total of 10 years. Isabel has appeared as a spokesperson for a variety of fashion, cosmetics and environmental-friendly campaigns.
